What terms do you offer agencies?
Commission or net rates. The exact terms depend on the format and volume, and we discuss them at first contact.
Do you also deal with private clients directly?
Yes, private travellers come to us too. With an agency’s client, however, we communicate only through you, or in whatever way you set.
How quickly do you answer a request?
It depends on how complex the itinerary is. Tell us when your client needs the answer and we will say honestly whether we can make it.
What do agencies usually ask you for?
Tailor-made itineraries in one or several countries, event trips, family programmes, business travel and groups.
