Business and leisure in the same day
A morning meeting in Central, an exhibition in the afternoon, dinner over Victoria Harbour. Our office is here, so we know how long the drive to the convention centre really takes and which table has to be booked well ahead.
More than a one-day stopover
Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay are only the start. Then come Kampong Glam and Little India, Sentosa, and food that runs from hawker centres to Michelin-starred dining. We build three- to five-day programmes and pair them with Malaysia or Bali.
City, rainforest and islands in one route
Kuala Lumpur and the Petronas Towers, colonial Penang, the beaches of Langkawi, the rainforest of Borneo. We plan the connections so that travel days don’t eat into the holiday.
Bali and beyond
The rice terraces of Ubud, temples at sunrise, the ocean. It pairs well with Singapore: a few days of big city, then quiet and sea. And if business takes you to Jakarta, we will meet you there too.
The Asia you haven’t seen yet
Taipei with its night markets and Taipei 101, tea plantations in the mountains, gorges and hot springs. A destination for people who feel they have already been everywhere in Asia.

An incentive trip, a conference, an exhibition visit or a private celebration. We take on the venue, accommodation, transport and programme, and stay with the group throughout.

How it comes together
Arranging Asia on your own means a dozen conversations in different languages and time zones. With us it is one chat: a manager who knows your whole itinerary and answers for every part of it.

During major events, hotels and tickets are the first things to sell out. Write to us early and we put the whole trip together: tickets, hotel, transfers and a programme around it.

About
AnnyTrip is a boutique DMC: we arrange everything that happens to a guest on the ground. We work from Hong Kong and have spent 10 years putting together business and leisure trips across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan.
We stay small on purpose. Every itinerary is built by hand for a particular person or group rather than taken from a catalogue.
Questions & answers
A DMC (destination management company) is a ground handler. A tour operator sells ready-made packages; we are based in the region and build each trip to a specific brief: hotels, transport, guides, events and group programmes.
Both. Private travellers come to us directly, and travel agencies use us as the ground handler for their clients.

Entry rules depend on your passport and change from time to time. Check the official sources before you travel; we send the current requirements for your nationality together with the itinerary.
Payment methods depend on your country and the type of agreement. Your manager will set out the available options before you commit.
The driver meets you in the arrivals area. We send the meeting details and contacts in advance and time the car to the actual arrival of your flight.
Allow three to five days for the city itself. Singapore pairs well with Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi) and with Bali: city first, then the sea.
The earlier you write, the wider the choice of hotels. For major events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix or large exhibitions, several months ahead is best. We also look at last-minute requests.
Yes: incentive trips, conferences, exhibition visits and private celebrations. We take on accommodation, venues, transport, the programme and coordination on site.
